Forgot one thing in my post below: As detailed elsewhere on the board, the Yanmar 2GM varied in horsepower during the years the 9.1 was built. Without checking, I believe HP ranged from 13-18hp. Furthermore, a few boats may have been delivered with 3GM's. Be sure to indicate to Martec which Yanmar you have and verify the HP. I'm sure these factors may affect their advice. |
