My original stove is a Gas Systems gimbaled 2-burner CNG stove with oven. It's a good fit.
The gas cylinder is clamped to the forward bulkhead in the lazarette (directly aft of the sink and icebox), and the regulator vent is in the cockpit footwell.

CNG is harder to find, and has lower heat output than propane, but you don't need all of the safety equipment, special lockers, etc.

I cruise for 2 weeks a year and cook on board, and I get 2 or 3 seasons out of a cylinder that costs about $60 to swap for a full one.
