Has anybody moved their fuel tank to the starboard side? In my on going thoughts about putting in a bigger holding tank it occured to me to move the fuel tank or get a new one- then I obviously have more room in the same location for a bigger tank -plumbing would stay the same. This occured to me as I replaced some dirty fuel filters ( after they clogged on the way out to the race course) and decided its time to polish the fuel tank or at least clean it . Has any body installed a cleaning port in their tank? I realize the hoses would be longer( not sure if that's a bad thing?)and I'd have some routing issues along with the fact that the tank has some metal tubes faces aft for the hoses that would face forward on the starboard side. I tried the forward holding tank idea -but that didn't fit as Symbiosis has a cupboard under the V-berth.
