Does anyone have any suggestions for keeping water from getting into the mast? This is the first year Cadence has been stored with her mast up (thought I'd save a couple hours). The the boat is typically very dry and she has a full cover --- but I am picking up a bit of water in the bilge (1/4 inch in 3 wks). In the water I thought this was simply the packing gland drip but now the only thing I can think of is rain enterring at the halyard blocks/exit holes. Anyone have ideas/suggestions --- I like a dry bilge, especially in winter. |
