Ithaca NY - Richard Steinacher recently discovered the Class via the web and reports that he purchased Exel in the Spring of 1999. They sail out of Ithaca Yacht Club on Cayuga Lake. Richard is looking for advice on upgrades and equipment for “fast cruising”.
